An automation is only good if it still runs a year from now. Programs get updates, interfaces change, certificates expire. With a support contract I take care of it, and you don't notice a thing.

## What I take care of

### Hosting in Germany

Your application runs on servers in German data centres. I set it up, keep it up to date and look after domain and certificates.

### Monitoring and backups

Every application reports its state continuously. If something fails, I notice before you have to call. Data is backed up daily, and restoring is tested, not just assumed.

### Updates and security

Operating system, software and dependencies are maintained regularly. Servers are set up to a fixed target state, not clicked together by hand.

### Changes

When one of your programs or an interface changes, I adapt the automation. Small change requests are included in the contract; larger extensions we agree on beforehand.

## Data protection

You get the **data processing agreement** with the quote, not on request. Development and testing use sample data; your real data lives only in your system.

## Prices

**€49, €99 or €149 a month**, net. Which level fits depends on the system: a single automation needs something different from an application with many users. What exactly is included is in the quote.

## Existing systems too

You have an application or website that should be looked after reliably? I check beforehand whether that makes sense with the existing technology, and tell you honestly.
