How a project runs
From the automation check and the fixed-price quote to support - in four clear steps, without endless meetings.
You always know what the next step is, what it costs and what I need from you. Not everything has to happen on the phone or by video: if you prefer writing, that works just as well.
1. Automation check
Two hours at your place or by video. Together we find where time gets lost in the office. You get the three most worthwhile improvements in writing, with fixed price and time saved.

2. Fixed-price quote
Scope, price and date are in writing before work starts. This includes the data processing agreement and what I need from you, such as access or sample documents.
Within three working days after the check.
3. Implementation
I build with sample data, not with your real data. You see a first version early and give feedback. At the end you accept the result, and only then does it go into real use.
Usually one to three working days per automation.
4. Support
It keeps running without you looking after it. I monitor, back up and adapt when one of your programs changes.

Larger projects
For applications of your own or replacing an old system, I plan in stages. Each stage has its own fixed price and delivers something usable. After each stage you decide whether to continue.
