Solution
Two programs that talk to each other
Connect shop, inventory, accounting, customer management and spreadsheets. One entry instead of three - interfaces at a fixed price from €790.
The problem
An order arrives in the shop, gets transferred to inventory, the invoice is written in accounting and the customer is kept in a spreadsheet. The same data three times, three chances for a typo.
The solution
I connect your programs so that every piece of information is entered exactly once and gets from there to wherever it is needed. With a log, so that it stays traceable what was transferred when, and with an alert if something goes wrong.
Typical connections
- Online shop → accounting: orders automatically become invoices and entries
- Form or e-mail → customer management: inquiries land in the system without typing
- Accounting → spreadsheet or report: figures update themselves
- Old system → new program: data migration with a trial run
What it costs
€790 to €1,900 net per connection, depending on programs and data volume.
Frequent questions
Which programs can be connected?
Anything with an interface or an export - online shops, accounting programs such as lexoffice or sevDesk, customer management, calendars, spreadsheets. If something has no interface, I check honestly in the check whether it is feasible.
What happens when a program gets an update?
With a support contract I monitor the connection and adapt it when something changes. If it fails, I notice first.
Can old data be taken over too?
Yes. Taking over data from an old system I plan as a step of its own, with a trial run and reconciliation.
