What it is about
A trade business receives an inquiry: a few sentences by e-mail, plus photos of the bathroom. Turning that into a quote often takes days, because the writing is left for the evening. The quote assistant is my demo application for this, with a fictional business and sample data. It is not a client project in use; it shows what I build.
How it runs
- Inquiry arrives: text and photos, typed or dictated.
- Review: the AI understands text and photos, calculates areas and spots risks.
- Choose items: the services come from the business's own price list, with its prices. The AI does not invent prices.
- Suggest a date: from the business's calendar.
- Write the draft: quote and reply e-mail are created as drafts.
Then a person checks, adjusts and approves. Nothing goes out before that.
What this means for your project
