An automation check for €149, credited when you place an order - and project planning in stages with fixed prices for larger projects.
Most businesses know that too much time gets lost in the office. The hard question is where to start and what really pays off. That is what consulting is for: you get a clear answer with a price before you commission anything.
The automation check
Two hours at your place or by video. Together we go through what comes back every week: invoices, receipts, quotes, appointments, lists kept by hand.
Afterwards you get in writing:
- the three processes where automation pays off most,
- a fixed price and the estimated time saved per month for each,
- a suggestion where to start.
Price: €149 net. If you then commission one of the automations, the amount is credited in full.
An example: if someone in the office spends 30 minutes a day typing in invoices, that is about 10 hours a month. At €25 staff cost per hour, it costs €250 a month. An automation for €900 has paid for itself after four months.
Project planning for larger projects
When it is about more than a single process, such as an application of your own or replacing an old system, I plan with you in stages:
- Taking stock: How do you work today, which programs and data exist, who works with what?
- Goal and scope: What must the solution do, and what deliberately not? It is set down in writing.
- Stages at a fixed price: Every stage delivers something usable. After each stage you decide whether to continue.
That way you never carry the risk of a large project all at once.
