Solution
Use AI without giving away data
Work through inbox and documents with AI - with clear rules for your data, a data processing agreement and approval by a person.
The problem
Many owners know that AI could take work off their hands, and still leave it. It is too unclear what happens to the data, who is liable, and whether staff are already copying customer data into free chat apps.
The solution
AI as part of your process, with rules settled beforehand:
- Clear data paths: it is settled which data goes to an AI service and which does not. What is not needed is left out or removed beforehand.
- Contracts: a data processing agreement with me and, where needed, with the AI provider.
- Approval: the AI suggests, a person decides.
- Cost control: every call is counted, limits can be set.
- No sprawl: instead of free chat apps, there is one governed way for everyone in the business.
What it costs

Frequent questions
May my business use AI with customer data?
In principle yes, if there is a legal basis, the provider is bound by contract and only the necessary data is transferred. We clarify this for your specific process before starting. It does not replace legal advice.
Is my data used to train the AI?
With the business interfaces of the large providers, inputs are not used for training under their current terms. I use these interfaces only, never free chat apps.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
That is why a person approves. The AI prepares; it decides nothing that goes out.
