AI with approval

Artificial intelligence is useful when it takes over a specific piece of work. I build AI into your processes where it saves time, and so that a person checks the results before anything goes out.

Examples

• Preparing quotes: an inquiry, a dictation or photos become a draft quote with items from your price list. You check, adjust and send it.
• Sorting the inbox: incoming e-mails and forms are summarised, classified and passed to the right place.
• Reading documents: the important details are read from delivery notes, receipts or forms and taken into your system.
• Drafting replies: replies, descriptions or summaries as a suggestion. The decision stays with you.

What I pay attention to

• A person decides. The AI creates drafts and suggestions. Whatever goes out as binding is approved by a person.
• Clear rules for your data. It is settled beforehand which data goes to an AI service and which does not. Personal data only where necessary and covered by contract.
• Free choice of provider. Models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI or Google (Gemini) can be connected, depending on task, quality and price, and they are interchangeable.
• Clear costs. Every call is counted. You see what the AI costs and can set limits.
• Protected credentials. Keys for AI providers are not stored in your application. They go through my gateway, or they are stored encrypted on your side.

Price

From €690 net for AI assistance in one process, typically up to €1,500. On top come the running costs of the AI calls, which you can see at any time.
