Customer and staff portals
Everyone involved. All the information. One system that fits your processes.
Instead of spreading status, documents and approvals by e-mail and phone, your customers, partners and staff find everything in one place. I develop the portal around your processes, with exactly the permissions each group needs.
Describe your process Arrange a call
- Fixed price before work starts
- Roles for every group
- Servers in Germany
- Can be extended in stages
Who is it for?
For service providers, agencies, property managers, trades and companies with external partners who share information by e-mail and phone today.
A portal does not replace the conversation. It makes sure that status, documents and approvals do not disappear in inboxes and that everyone involved knows what comes next.
Sound familiar?
Where information gets stuck today.
If several of these sound familiar, your process is worth a closer look.
Possibilities
What a portal of your own can do.
Examples, not a fixed list of functions. We decide together which of them you need and in which order.
-
Customer portal with project status
Your customers see for themselves where their case stands, without phoning.
-
Document exchange with versions
One current version for everyone, earlier ones stay traceable.
-
Tasks and approvals
Whoever has to do or approve something sees it in the portal. What is done is documented.
-
Roles for customers
Each group sees exactly what it needs.
-
Staff area
Forms, instructions and know-how in one place, for new and experienced staff.
-
Invitation and sign-in
Invitation by e-mail, sign-in with a Microsoft or Google account if you like.
An example process
This is how it could look.
A typical case in a customer portal. In yours it looks the way you work.
-
Invitation
Your customer receives an invitation by e-mail and sets up their access.
-
Status and documents
They see the status of their case and the current documents.
-
Approval
A document is waiting for their approval. They approve it in the portal or ask a question.
-
Notification
Your team is notified and carries on. The approval is documented with its date.
Take a look
Rather click through it yourself first?
The demo application shows examples with test data: how my applications are built, with login, roles and documents. Your portal is then developed for your process.
Connect and extend
Start small, extend in stages.
-
Existing programs
Customer list, job management or document storage can be connected if they offer an interface or an export.
-
More groups and processes
First a portal for customers, later one for partners or staff, each stage at its own fixed price.
-
Tried in my own business
I run portals for my own customers and partners, on the same basis your portal is built on.
How your portal comes about
A fixed sequence.
Conversation, written scope, fixed price, acceptance, operation. You follow the status of your project yourself in a customer portal.
-
Conversation
You describe who needs which information. We clarify what the portal should do and what not.
-
Service description and fixed price
Scope and price are in writing before development starts.
-
Development in stages
You see a first version early and give feedback.
-
Acceptance
You test the portal with some of the people involved and accept it.
-
Operation
If you like, I run and support the portal on servers in Germany.
Price orientation
What you can expect.
A custom customer or staff portal from €3,900 net.
What the starting price covers: One portal for one group (customers or staff), one type of process, file exchange. No interface.
This is an orientation, not a quote. The actual fixed price follows from the written scope you receive with the quote before the project starts.
Questions
Do I get the same software as others?
No. Only the technical basis is the same: I do not rebuild login, roles, documents and notifications every time. Who sees what and which processes the portal covers comes from your business and is set down in writing before work starts.
What is included in the price?
The fixed price covers developing the agreed scope, the introduction for your team and the acceptance. Exactly what is included is in the service description of your quote. Operation and support are charged monthly on top; the levels are on the support and hosting page.
How do customers and partners get into the portal?
They receive an invitation by e-mail and set up their access themselves. If you like, signing in with a Microsoft or Google account is possible too.
Do external partners only see what they should?
Yes, you decide that with roles. A customer sees their own cases, a partner the jobs they are involved in, staff their own area.
Can I start with one group?
Yes. The first stage is a portal for one group, for example your customers. Further groups and processes follow in stages of their own, each at its own fixed price.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany, with daily backups and a data processing agreement.
Who asks you for updates most often today?
Describe your process, in three short steps or in a conversation. You then get an honest assessment of whether a portal pays off.
