This is a guide, not a quote. The actual fixed price follows from the scope agreed in writing, which you receive with the quote before the project starts.

Questions
What happens when I have my process checked?
You describe in a few sentences how a job runs in your business today and what costs time. I usually get back to you within one working day, and we talk it over by video or phone. Afterwards you know whether an application of your own pays off, whether a small automation is enough or whether standard software fits better. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Is there finished software I can try?
No. I do not sell industry software; I develop the application for your business. What already exists is the technical foundation it is built on: sign-in, roles, forms, documents, mobile view and operation. The picture above is an example, not a finished job management system.
What do you mean by "a first project together"?
I do not have a customer reference from cleaning or property services yet. That is why I am looking for a business to implement one clearly limited process with. It is a normal, paid assignment at a fixed price: no discount, no deadline, no obligation to act as a reference. Whether I may show the project later is something you decide separately.
Can my staff work on their phones?
Yes. The application runs on smartphones, tablets and computers and can be added to the home screen like an app. No app store is needed.
Can I keep my invoicing program?
In many cases, yes. The application prepares the invoice, for example, and the data goes to your program. This needs an interface or an export; I check beforehand whether your programs offer one and tell you plainly.
Where does the data live, and who has access?
On servers in Germany, with daily backups and a data processing agreement. You decide who sees what through roles; for example, a member of staff only sees their own assignments.
Do we need our own IT?
No. If you like, I take care of operation, updates and backups. Support starts at €49 net a month; an application with several users usually needs a larger support scope, which I name in advance.
