Initial assessment

Business and job management software

Your processes. Your software. No detours.

Your processes are individual. Your software should be too. I develop applications for jobs, assignments and records that follow your business, not the other way round. Scope and fixed price are settled before work starts.

Describe your process Arrange a call

  • Fixed price before work starts
  • Servers in Germany
  • One contact from planning to operation
  • Can be extended in stages

Who is it for?

For small and medium-sized businesses with recurring jobs, staff, customers and sites: building cleaning, caretaker services, property care, trades, installation, maintenance and service, technical services and smaller field teams. Typically about 5 to 50 employees, work on site and a small office.

Many of these businesses are well organised, just in several programs at once: Excel, paper, messenger apps and an invoicing program. That works until someone asks who was on site on Tuesday or whether the job has been invoiced yet.

You do not adapt your business to a program; the program is adapted to your business. And you only pay for what you need.

Possibilities

What an application of your own can do.

Examples, not a fixed list of functions. We decide together which of them you need and in which order.

  • Jobs and sites in one place

Customers, sites and jobs with their status: open, scheduled, done, invoiced.

  • Scheduling

Plan staff and vehicles. Everyone sees who is where and when.

  • On-site recording on the phone

Times, photos, notes and signature right at the job. When a customer asks, you can show who did what and when.

  • Records and invoice preparation

A finished job turns into a work record and a draft invoice. The office checks and approves.

  • Notification or customer portal

Your customers learn the status by e-mail or see it themselves in a portal.

  • Overview of open jobs

What is open, scheduled, done and not yet invoiced.

  • Roles and rights

Everyone sees what they need: owners everything, site managers their sites, staff their own jobs.

  • Existing programs

Invoicing, accounting, calendar or customer list can be connected if they offer an interface or an export.

An example process

This is how it could look.

A typical case in such an application. In yours it looks the way you work.

  1. An inquiry comes in

By phone, e-mail or form. It becomes a job with customer and site.

  2. The job is scheduled

The office assigns staff and a date.

  3. The job on the phone

The employee sees her assignment, records time and photos and closes it.

  4. The office checks

The office sees the finished job and releases it for invoicing.

  5. The customer gets record and invoice

Work record and invoice go to the customer, the data to your accounting.

Why this is affordable

Custom software does not have to start from scratch.

Many functions of a business application are needed again and again: user accounts, permissions, forms, mobile views, background processing and secure operation. I have brought these foundations together in my own development platform. So in your project I can concentrate on what actually sets your business apart.

  • An existing foundationReusable building blocks instead of developing everything anew.
  • Fitted to youThe application reflects the processes we agree on together.
  • Growing step by stepNew functions are added later - on the same foundation.
  • Operation from one sourceIf you like, hosting in Germany, updates, backups and support.

To be honest

What exists already - and what is built for you.

  • Exists

The technical foundation: login, roles, forms, documents, mobile views, background tasks, operation on servers in Germany.

  • Can be shown

In the demo application: route planning, receipt capture and AI examples. Plus my own accounting software, in daily use.

  • Built for you

Your application with your processes, terms and permissions. There is no ready-made standard product for it.

  • Possible later

Further stages such as a customer portal, route planning, reports, recording without signal or AI support with a person who approves, each at its own fixed price.

Take a look

Rather click through it yourself first?

The demo application shows with test data how my software works - such as the route planning of a heating engineer with three fitters. It does not include a finished job management; that is built for you.

How your application comes about

A fixed sequence.

Conversation, written scope, fixed price, acceptance, operation. You follow the status of your project in a customer portal.

  1. Conversation

You describe your process, by video or on site. We clarify what the application should do and what not.

  2. Service description and fixed price

Scope, price and date are in writing before development starts. With a data processing agreement.

  3. Development in stages

After your go-ahead and the deposit, work begins. You see a first version early and give feedback.

  4. Acceptance

You test the application with your people and accept it. Then the rest is due.

  5. Operation

If you like, I run and support the application on servers in Germany.

Price orientation

What you can expect.

The final price depends on the functions you need and the complexity of your processes. Before development starts you get a fixed-price quote with a clearly defined scope.

No online booking: every project gets its own quote.

Custom business and job management software from €2,900 net.

What the starting price covers: One type of process with a fixed sequence and one document. Up to three roles. No interface and no data migration.

This is an orientation, not a quote. The actual fixed price follows from the written scope you receive with the quote before the project starts.

Offers only for businesses (§ 14 BGB). All prices net plus VAT and ongoing operation.

Own applications

Business software I have built myself.

I do not have client references yet. What there is: applications of my own that show how my software is built - all shown with sample data.

  • My own business management

Customers, inquiries, quotes, contracts and the operation of my applications run in an application I developed myself. It is in internal use and therefore not shown publicly.

Questions

Do I get the same software as other businesses?

No. Only the technical basis is the same: I do not rebuild login, roles, documents and notifications every time. The functions come from your process and are set down in writing before work starts. You pay for the part that makes your business what it is.

Is this ready-made software I can try?

No. I do not sell standard software; I develop the application for your business. What exists already is the technical basis it is built on (login, roles, forms, documents, mobile views, operation). The demo application shows related examples such as route planning, but no finished job management.

What is included in the price?

The fixed price covers developing the agreed scope, the introduction for your team and the acceptance. Exactly what is included is in the service description of your quote; it only costs more if you change the scope. The starting price and what it covers are above under “Price orientation”. Operation and support are charged monthly on top.

How long until the first version?

That depends on the scope, which is why the date is in the quote and not here. You see a first version early, try it with your people and give feedback before more functions are added.

Does it work without internet on site?

The application runs in the browser and normally needs a connection. If your people often work without signal, in a basement or in the countryside, recording without a connection can be planned as a stage of its own. The data is then sent as soon as there is signal again.

Can I keep my invoicing program and other programs?

In many cases, yes, for example invoicing, accounting, calendars or an existing customer list. The application prepares the invoice, for instance, and the data goes to your program. It needs an interface or an export; I check beforehand whether that works with yours and tell you openly.

Can my staff work on their phones?

Yes. The application runs on smartphone, tablet and computer and can be put on the home screen like an app. No app store is needed.

Where is the data, and who can access it?

On servers in Germany, with daily backups and a data processing agreement. You decide through roles who may see and edit what - for example, staff only see their own jobs.

Do we need our own IT?

No. If you like, I take care of operation, updates and backups. Support starts at €49 net a month; an application with several users usually needs a larger support scope, which I name in advance.

Can I start small?

Yes. The first stage covers one process. Further functions follow in stages of their own, each at its own fixed price and on the same basis.

Can we work together fully online?

Yes, from the first video call through coordination to the introduction. In the Ruhr area and Münsterland I can also visit if you prefer.

How does a job run in your business today?

Describe your process, in three short steps or in a conversation. You then get an honest assessment of what pays off.
