Jobs are in an Excel list, the schedule goes out by e-mail or as a photo in the group chat, hours are noted on paper and typed up at the end of the month. Photos of finished work stay on your staff's phones. It works - until someone asks who was on site on Tuesday, which service was not delivered, or whether the job has been invoiced yet.
Many businesses are well organised, just in several programs at once. That is where I come in: one application where jobs, staff and proof of work come together - built around your processes, not those of a standard product.

My own business management
Customers, inquiries, quotes, contracts and the operation of my applications run in an application I developed myself. It is in internal use and therefore not shown publicly.

The demo application shows by example how my software works - such as the route planning of a heating engineer with three fitters. It does not include a finished order management; that is built for you.
Questions
Is this ready-made software I can try?
No. I do not sell standard software; I develop the application for your business. What exists already is the technical basis it is built on (login, roles, forms, documents, mobile views, operation). The demo application shows related examples such as route planning, but no finished order management.
What does such an application cost?
A clearly limited first stage starts at €2,900 net. The final price depends on which functions you need and how branched your processes are. Before work starts you get a fixed-price quote with a defined scope; it only costs more if you change the scope.
How long until the first version?
That depends on the scope, which is why the date is in the quote and not here. You see a first version early, try it with your people and give feedback before more functions are added.
Can my staff work on their phones?
Yes. The application runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer and can be added to the home screen like an app if you like. No app store installation is needed.
Can our existing programs be connected?
Often yes, for example accounting, calendars or an existing customer list. I check this in the first conversation. The program needs an interface or an export; if it has none, I will tell you openly.
Where is the data, and who can access it?
On servers in Germany, with daily backups and a data processing agreement. You decide through roles who may see and edit what - for example, staff only see their own jobs.
Do we need our own IT?
No. If you like, I take care of operation, updates and backups. Support starts at €49 net a month; an application with several users usually needs a larger support scope, which I name in advance.
Can we work together fully online?
Yes, from the first video call through coordination to the introduction. In the Ruhr area and Münsterland I can also visit if you prefer.
