Solution
Receipts that file themselves
Capture receipts automatically, read them, file them without duplicates and hand them to your tax adviser. Receipt workflows for small businesses from €690.
The problem
Some receipts are in the inbox, some in the glove compartment, some in a folder on the desk. At the end of the month everyone searches, sorts and sends things to the tax adviser, and something is still missing.
The solution
A receipt workflow without manual work:
- Capture: receipts from inbox, scanner and phone land automatically in one place.
- Read: supplier, date, amount and tax rate are recognised and proposed as entries.
- File: every receipt exactly once, without duplicates and traceable.
- Hand over: your tax adviser gets everything complete and in the right format.
I use the same building blocks in my own accounting, every day. More in the portfolio.
What it costs
€690 to €1,490 net for the setup, depending on the number of channels. With support from €49 a month if you like.
Frequent questions
Where do the receipts come from?
From wherever they arrive today - inbox, scanner, phone photo, supplier portals. The goal is one single place where everything comes together.
Are the receipts read as well?
Yes. Invoice number, date, amount, tax rate and supplier are read by text recognition. Where values are uncertain, the system asks instead of guessing.
How does my tax adviser get the receipts?
In the format your tax adviser works with, for example through the DATEV interface. I agree on this beforehand with you and your tax office.
