Starting point
A small company needs clean bookkeeping, receipts in one place and figures that do not arrive months later from the tax adviser. Off-the-shelf programs either did too little or charged extra for every extension.
Solution
An application of my own with double-entry bookkeeping to the German SKR04 chart of accounts. Receipts arrive by upload or e-mail, are read by text recognition and proposed as entries. Bank statements are imported and open items reconciled automatically. Quotes and invoices are created as PDFs, a deadline calendar sends reminders, and an AI assistant makes suggestions that a person approves.
Locked entries are protected against later changes by a hash chain. The tax adviser gets a DATEV export.
Result
The bookkeeping of FK-Onlineservices UG runs entirely in it. The application is not for sale, but its building blocks are in my automations: receipts, e-invoicing, bank reconciliation and monthly figures.
