Automation and custom software
E-invoicing, receipts, quotes, interfaces and reports at a fixed price - and applications of your own when no standard software fits.
Many businesses work with a mix of spreadsheets, inboxes and programs that each cover only part of the work. That goes well for a long time, until data is kept in three places and invoices still get typed in at night.
I automate such processes. Each automation is small enough to be finished in one to three working days, and it works with the programs you already have.
Packages at a fixed price
| Package | What runs on its own afterwards | Fixed price, net |
|---|---|---|
| E-invoicing and receipts | Receive, check and file e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and hand them to accounting or your tax adviser; create outgoing invoices in the required format | €690 – 1,490 |
| Quotes, invoices, documents | Templates, creation from a form or spreadsheet, sending, follow-up, dunning | €490 – 1,200 |
| Interfaces and data sync | Connect shop, accounting, customer management and spreadsheets; no more double entry | €790 – 1,900 |
| Inquiries and appointments | Form, automatic reply, calendar, reminder, handover to the customer list | €390 – 900 |
| Automatic reports | A weekly or monthly report from existing data: turnover, open items, liquidity | €490 – 1,200 |
Where your price lies within the range is settled after the automation check, before work starts.
E-invoicing: the deadlines
Since 2025 all businesses in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. From 1 January 2027 businesses with more than €800,000 turnover in the previous year must issue e-invoices, from 1 January 2028 all businesses trading with each other. If you switch now, it is done before it gets urgent.
Applications of your own
When no standard software fits, I build an application that follows the way you work:
- Internal tools: order, project or stock management, planning, reports
- Customer portals: your customers see orders, documents or appointments and upload things themselves
- Replacing old systems: taking over data, setting up processes anew, step by step
Applications of your own I plan in stages, with a fixed price per stage.
What I have built myself
For my own company I developed a complete accounting system: double-entry bookkeeping to the German SKR04 chart of accounts with locking of entries, a receipt archive with text recognition, bank reconciliation and a DATEV export for the tax adviser. It runs in production every day. I use the same building blocks for client projects.
Technology
Python and Django, databases as needed, operation in containers on servers in Germany. The source code belongs to your project and is documented.
All prices net, plus VAT.
